What a plan does and does not do
Cancel any time. One month's notice, no exit fee, no penalty. Your code, hosting and domain remain yours throughout — a plan buys attention, never leverage.
Unused hours do not roll over. Said plainly rather than buried: the allowance is a monthly reservation of my time, not a bank balance. If you consistently do not use it, move down a plan and I will suggest it myself.
A plan is not required. Every project includes a fixed window of post-launch fixes regardless. Plenty of clients launch, take nothing, and come back a year later for a single piece of work. That is entirely fine.
Large features are quoted separately. A plan covers upkeep and small changes. Building a whole new section is a project, and pretending otherwise would just mean padding the monthly price for everyone.
