These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for any project — client work is governed by its own written scope, signed separately before work begins.

1. Use of this site

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reproduce the written content as your own.

2. Information is not a quote

Prices and timelines shown on this site are indicative starting points published in good faith to save you asking. They are not offers and do not form a contract. A binding figure is only the one issued to you in a written quote for your specific project.

3. Intellectual property

The design, written content, code and imagery of this site belong to Siddique Haider Hashmi and are protected by copyright. Project work is different: on completion and full payment, the deliverables for a client project transfer to that client, as set out in the project agreement.

4. Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or a professional relationship. It starts a conversation. Either side may decline to proceed at any point before a scope is signed, for any reason and with no cost.

5. Third-party links

This site links to services operated by others. Those services are outside my control and governed by their own terms; I am not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty for the site itself

This website is provided as is. I make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and I am not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes

These terms may be revised. The date at the top changes when they are. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
